Automated Plate Load Test – a world first from Anix
Have you ever wished your Plate Load Test equipment would operate itself? Then our static plate load test with automatically operating battery hydraulic pump is definitely something for you. 🙂
Typically, a hydraulic hand pump is used to apply 15 to 20 load increments over two loading cycles by the operator. One test lasts 20-30 min. During this time, the operator must apply the load levels individually and keep them constant for 1-2 min each.
In a world first, the hand pump is replaced by an automatically operating battery-powered hydraulic pump. After the equipment has been set up and adjusted, the AX01 Auto automatically applies the standard-compliant load steps according to DIN18134. It is possible to specify your own loading and unloading increments and loading durations, for increased flexibility.
To set up the AX01 Auto Plate Load Test, the user operates the hydraulic pump sensitively with a joystick. The battery pump is practically the same weight as a hand pump. The energy stored in the integrated Li-battery is sufficient for one working day under normal test conditions. The battery of the pump can also be charged with the car charger (12-24 volts).

I felt the training was very thorough. If anyone doesn’t know how to use a PANDA after that session, they shouldn’t be using one at all.
We have found the PANDA to be an invaluable acquisition to our company, using it on projects ranging from Remote Community Housing in Central Australia to a NASA Rocket Launch Facility in Arnhem Land, NT.
We have been very happy with the support from Insitutek. They are knowledgeable and have been super responsive and flexible to our needs.
