Insitutek introduces TERRA-3000® for Soil Stabilisation

Dec 6, 2021 | Soil Stabilisation

As part of our commitment to enabling our clients to push forward with confidence, we are now offering TERRA-3000® – a transformational long lasting sustainable soil stabilisation solutions for soil improvement.

TERRA-3000® facilitates the creation of a base-grade from in-situ materials at a lesser depth, delivering better performance at a lower cost, than traditional pavement design.

TERRA-3000® transforms in-situ soils into a high-performing asset by permanently and irreversibly breaking down the capillary action of water within cohesive fines during treatment.

As a consequence, treated soil particles are more closely associated during compaction.

The result is the treated layers are no longer prone to the problems associated with the ingress of water and pavement strength is markedly improved.

Whilst substantially improving the performance of in-situ soils used in civil construction, TERRA-3000® is carbon neutral, water-soluble, non-leaching, safe to handle, and is suitable for use in environmentally sensitive environments. TERRA-3000® is a sustainable development product that supports the ethos that true sustainability is consuming less. These factors are very important to us.

Since hiring the LWD I have used it on numerous jobs in a wide variety of material types all over WA. The ability to give “real time” test results have worked particularly well for me as i can show my clients numerical values which gives them a direct understanding of some of the benefits using Betta Roads has brought to their road construction projects. The feedback I have been receiving over the last few months has lead me to purchase the LWD and incorporate its use as an integral part of our projects.

If your after sales service is anything like what I have already received, I think I definitely made the correct choice.
